Industrial Sack Embossed PE and PP
This is the classical industrial heavy duty sack, formed with gussets, heavy duty bottom seal and open top for high loads of solid products as fertilizers,animal food etc. The industrial sack is manufactured with updated multi-layer Extrusion technology, to combine different colours per layer, to efficiently protect the packaged product of the solar radiation, and to ensure the use of different types of PE per layer, in order to achieve the reguired characteristics of the sack. Industrial sack is designed for use in modern filling lines with vacuum sacks handling, as well as in manual filling lines.
Among the particular characteristics of the industrial sack are included:
- The exist of two anti-slip paths with plastically formed peaks,per sack side, which ensure easy and safe palletizing process.
- High mechanical properties, for the operation under hard conditions.
- Excellent thickness profile.
- Excellent gloss to promote the decoration prints.
- Excellent post sealing of the open top at the customer’s installations, and if required excellent behavior for sewing operation of the open top.
The indusrial sack is supplied with high quality decoration prints, to efficiently promote the packaged product.
